This is what I understood:
Before doing a task, write what you just did. Include a timestamp. I prefer a pen and paper. But you can choose a Notepad or Obsidian or any other app.
Write the tiny tasks that you are going to do. Write what is going on your mind. Again, Include a timestamp.
And finish that task.
Before starting the next task, repeat the process.
I have tried using this method. I found it very helpful. Only problem is I didn't consistently followed that.
